Cugat Residencial, apuesta por los beneficios de las relaciones intergeneracionales, estos programas son recíprocos, todas las generaciones implicadas en el programa obtienen beneficios, conectan a unos y a otros con el pasado, con el futuro y con el fluir de la vida.
Cuando niños y jóvenes tienen relaciones cercanas con personas mayores, los más jóvenes tienen una mejor autoestima y un mayor conocimiento de sí mismos, también les proporcionan experiencias de aprendizaje.
Para las personas mayores son experiencias placenteras, mejora su identidad y su imagen, al incrementar su sentimiento de ser útiles para los demás.
Desde Cugat, nuestros residentes van dos veces al mes al colegio Voramar de Cubelles. Y reciben la visita cada jueves de los jóvenes del instituto Alexandre Gali.
